Hebei Golden Sunbird Panel is a high-tech enterprise backed by assets of over $36 million and 600 qualified staff members. We mainly produce four big series namely particle boards, melamine face particle boards, MDF and furniture. The company imported a whole set of advanced particle board and glue-made equipments from SUNDS company in Finland. We utilize local branches and quick growing materials for our raw materials. Our annual output of green environmental particle board is 300,000m
3 and for medium density fiberboard, our annual output is 200,000m3. We recently also started manufacturing high density fiber boards, strengthened multiple floors and other products. Our products are moisture resistant, water proof and low formaldehyde emission. This is especially true for our EO particle boards with only 0.1mg/L of formaldehyde emission. Our newly developed product- NAITE panel is also flame retardant, water resistant and has no formaldehyde emission. They are widely accepted by numerous clients.
We are ISO 9001:2008 and SCCEL certified. Furthermore, we have the rights to import and export and have gained "The Asia brand innovation award". Due to our superior quality products, they are well received in more than 20 large and medium-sized cities in China. Since we are the first domestic EO particle board production enterprise, our products are also exported to South Korea, Japan, the US, Australia and Europe.
